Got my McLaren today. Have to wait until I get home to play with it.

All I can say is they look real nice, and ran like rockets out of the box.
Scalex has done a nice job in my eyes.
I will change the tires since I run non mag, and leave the motor as thats what we run
in our club.

How does the McLaren run compared to a Fly Lotus? My Lotus is quiet and smooth as silk on wood. The orange McLaren is a sharp looking car.

Not a big fan of F-1 slot cars but that McLaren M-7 really is nice, more so than the other, to me.

Hi Harry, I'll be down in Feb. !, Mr and Mrs Truck came up in Oct.
The Cars run pretty close , although the gearing seems t8 give the Scaleys an edge.
But the lower profile of the fly kind of even them out.
Harry you need to get at least one somwe can run the road course at Big Ds.

Yeah, getting both. In spite of my dislike for Scalextric, I've always said that I'd buy cars from them that were exceptional. Their vintage GP line is exceptional, so Scaley has gotten un unusual amount of money from me this year -- probably more than any other company.

I'm going to tear down the artin track this spring and rout something. won't be done when you come this year, but the next time you visit I'll try to set something up to race at my house if you want.
