This is my sensitive "New Age" morph of the "Johnny Rotten" of the peramelemorphia (thanks Dan) world, the infamous "Bilby Bob" of yore...

The Gayblade moniker can remain with my bike riding (coined by a mate that said my Honda VFR Interceptor looked like a "Gay Fireblade")....





The reason why I chose Cosmic Bilby is because of this sign we found out at Charleville during a recent trip out there for a Field Archery Tournament. The town is in the outback, I reckon they spent most of the towns rates money on this sign, as flash as a rat with a Gold tooth, its even luminous..... Thats my son in the Kwaka shirt and some ill-dressed, fat vagrant that got in on the picture....


And yes, H and I have been knocking around for some years on the net. And I still fully expect him to punch me in the mouth when he sees me for some of the things I've done over the years (which I will accept with grace!), but I love him to bits, Harry (and HRW) is the best thing to happen in our hobby. Year after year Harry has been working behind the scenes, way more than many of us know, to get us the product we want, to keep us informed with really excellent, informative and FACTUAL reviews....

I love being here, its my cyber home in slots, and it always will be!

Mmmm, a Bilby, a little rodent like creature....

An older friend of mine had a 100 acre bush block on the edge of town (its zoned for housing now), he wanted to "get into the nature money mate" as he put it....

.....His idea was that he wanted to make a "nature park" on this land, our town is a bit of a tourist haven you see, and we could use the little Bilby creatures to make a business venture out of it....

I reminded him that the town cats (mine included) may find dining on wild Bilby to be a delight.

He reckoned "no Mate, we will keep them in cages, you can go backstage just before the show (at night) and prod them out with a stick or something"

We never did agree as to the best way to get the little buggers back in there.....

I wish I had a few Bilby's round here.
All We get are Dugites and the occasional Bungarra.
As for the Fosters - thats only for washing the back patio down.

Our next door neighbor does the fly in fly out thing every month to WA, it wouldn't surprise me if next time I spied a quick look over the fence they had employed topless female gardeners or something similar!

Geez, reminds me of when I was stationed in the UK. I had shipped over my US spec Fiat 131 and the wife took a hit in a double roundabout. I looked the car over and thought I could fix it so I called the local Fiat agent and asked how much for a right front fender.....dead silence then the response: "Oh, you mean an offside wing!" :roll: George Bernard Shaw said we are 2 peoples separated by a common language.
