"Wow, a Scaley body on a slot.it chassis. That should be interesting." Not that simple according to the website. Not every car is "PCR" Compatible.

The apparent collaboration with Slot.it is a smart move, but I'll wait and see what progress it takes.

What IS smart and interesting is this:



Now we are talking. Bringing back a great livery that newcomers have wanted for a long time. Hopefully more to come. This is the series that could use this "PCR" adapted to it.

T/A cars with a slot it type chassis straight from Scalextric would be awesome!
(verses requiring an additional chassis to be purchased)
And I would LOVE to see the early T/A cars offered again!
I would also love to see more colors of the "street" versions of the SS Camaro and Boss Mustang be released - similar to what they are doing with the Charger! (There are a whole catalog of factory colors left to offer on those yet that haven't been touched!) :D

For now, looks like the PCR chassis will be fitted under only 4 cars in mid-2015. Two BMW Z4's and two McLaren P1's... Underwhelming, if you ask me. But it could be the start of something a lot more interesting in the years to come.

And maybe PCR chassis will be offered as an option for other cars.

I like how all the pictures in this thread make it look like they are made with a 3D printer. That #41 Mustang just jumps out as "photoshopped"!! LOL. And man, do they really have to re-release the classic 6/9 Camaros? I like the fact the ones I have are "premium" cars. LOL Nah, that's alright - more slot cars for everyone is a good thing.
