Finishing room prep for tables. Still sorting stuff out of boxes. Trim one table length down and bolt legs on. Try to get tables into room if I can get some help. Some brass chassis building in. Oh yea!! I have family showing up to watch the Seahawks maul Greenbay on Sunday. THERE is my table help!!!!

Ken, thoughts and prayers for the loss of your dad.

Friday night was our first race meeting, great fun, lots of yarning, plenty of laughs and a bit of racing thrown in. Started at 7.00pm and finished at 12.30am. And there was only 5 of us!

Early Sunday morning here in Canberra, just back from a great night at Goulburn Speedway, a 400metre short track. Went with my 22 year old son and we had a fabulous time.

Thanks for all the kind thoughts guys. :text-thankyouyellow: Yes he had full long life. Most of us will probably not reach that age. I'm just glad I got to see him and talk to him for the last time. I'm not sad for him passing, I'm just sad he didn't reach 100, but he sure was close. :)

Ken, I sympathize. My folks died 20 months apart, my mother going last in September. I never dreamed how consuming that grief is. You know you can call me anytime.

For me it hasn't been a good last 2 years. First the wife in March 2013, then my mother in law in April 2014, my friend and neighbor in June 2014, and now my dad this month. I'm just looking for nothing to happen for awhile. It's almost like something happens just to keep everything stirred up. I just need a break from all this. :)
