i tracked down an original and bought it for more money then i should have but was worth it until they re-released these lol. now i have 3! my original has tail lights though :)

I was EXTREMELY pleased to see this re-released as I, like many others, missed out on them the first time!
I picked mine up at the track recently and I am definitely looking forward to doing some tuning on it for non-mag running in the next week or two. Once my local track restocks on them, I foresee adding another one or two to "re-livery" as well. :)
(BTW - I think these would make for a great basis for a "painters proxy #2" in my book!) :D

I bought two with Christmas money. Not letting it get away again. Could kick myself for waiting too long the first time. Hmmm proxy I'm in but give it a date in My/June so I can catch up. LOL JIm

The 2015 '57

The 1/24 jalopy it's based on. A car that i'd raced when I was a child. This was made by my uncle Rob and i guess the color scheme had stuck in my mind.
