You guys are nuts! I've decided NOT to build an oval now lest I get bit by the same bug as you and end up buying out Hobbytown of all of their K&S brass. It's just better that way...

You never said where you found the wide white sidewalls, Dave, at least I never saw it. Where'd they come from?

Thought those tires looked familiar (before I read your PM). I'm just not a "jalopy guy" but I love your brass work.....it is totally beautiful. I am working on one of Bob's coupes but going for the "street" look.

This keeps getting better and better on each project.

I thought the last one was the best....now this.

You really nailed this one. Great paint work all aorund. Wish I could mask that cleanly.

And the 15x7's worked just fine. Better than fine as we can see.

I just had those and 8's come in as you know, so I think I can swap to see what works.

Great job Dave Harry's right you have out done yourself on this one. Not only is the paint great but the chassis and those inserts are perfect. Your cranking out some great stuff. Jim

Like the fully built chassis and cage - really captures the look, feel, and spirit of these early racers.
