PCS32 Chassis - Wheels

Postby red73mustang » Sun Mar 08, 2015 3:47 am

So I have this Ocar Aston DB4 Zagato kit witch comes with a PCS32 adjustable chassis (which is not even close to being a direct fit even with the adjustable chassis, more on that later..) and I need to know what type of wheel press to use to get the plastic wheels on the axles without breaking them

I press them on by hand - a bit of glue to secure them...

Yep same here, hand installed and a bit of glue.
If the axle is very tight, I use a 3/32 reamer to very gently open up the hub, then hand press and glue.
If the axle is loose I use vice grips to create a spline on the axle, then hand press and glue.
