Well I'm kinda proud of this Picture.I didn't know a lot about Mr. Gurney until we watched a special on him on the speed channel.Got to doing a little digging about his stellar career and also found out about a chance for an autograph.Pretty cool deal.


Now while I do value this,it is no were near my best and most valuable Autograph.

A good friend of mine had Mr. Gurney sign my NASCAR. Shelf Queen? Oh yeah. No shame in saying it, I have one just like to race :)

Dan Gurney was one heck of a racer, the little I've learnt about him from our hobby was he raced just about every class of car in his outstanding career.

Mmm, the "burger" car, that is one model missing on my shelf!!!!

Dan Gurney was an awesome driver who could drive just about anything & also win in just about anything that he drove I also found out a little while ago
that he drove a Repco Brabham F1 for Jack Brabham as did Denny Hulme & Bruce McLaren now is that a famous foursome or what , real gentleman of the sport

I've been a HUGE fan of Mr. Gurney for years. I converted a Carrera 'Cuda years before SCX came out with theirs and I've got several cars he raced.

When I built the original PDR track, I put up a sign that has since moved to the new PDR -



I too have an HRW Slot Burger car signed by the MAN himself. It is locked in a secure vault due to the rarity and value.
