My NY Modified - The best body decoration ever?

I just finished putting my car together. It weighs 3.8 oz. and is powered by a SCC Pirhana motor. I won't have a chance to try the car until Wednesday night, I may have to change gears, right now the car is geared 3:1. If you were worried that the paper body is flimsy you can forget about that, the paper has a heavy plastic coating and will hold up better than an injected moulded plastic or resin cast body.

I'm waiting for some new design wheels. When they arrive, mine will get the same motor, just PG tires.

The body is tougher than you might think.

Whoa, that #8 looks amazing. The guys I race with all put in for some modifieds and when I arrived home from work this afternoon there was a box of goodies waiting :dance:

I'd like to thank Ron and Tony for putting up with all my inane e-mails and for taking the time to put out these cars.

Race night this Friday so I'll be taking them over and the boys can get started and have 'em ready for our next oval night. Can hardly wait!
