:lol: My wife had her annual cookie making party at our house. There were about 9 little girls form church running around the house. After making cookies and going to the convalescent home they returned wanting to race. :lol: What a blast! Not sure if I'll be able to heard till the new year. :doh: Why do little girls have to scream??

Looks like paradise to me. There haven't been any girls in my family in generations. I always wanted girls. Maybe I'll get granddaughters.

Same here! We went 50 years between baby girls in my family.
My sister was a week shy of 50 when our great niece was born (to my brothers, younger son). Three years later, a second great niece came along, from the same parents.
Can you say "spoiled". lol.....
They are now 8 and 11, and wonderful kids.
btw...we have since had 4 more boys in the family, and no more girls!

What an awesome way to spend a day. Taking youth into your home and showign them your hobby. I love doing the same thing with my grandkids. If more folks would do this, I do believe it would be such a better place - the world that is.

Until I read your post all the way through, I was going to sugges that if the screaming was bothering you, simply unlick the door!

I have about 6 little neighbor girls that come over and your right about the screaming. The best part is listening to them when they are playing Crash and Burn and they telling each other not to drive like a grandma. Jim PS I like the Chicago sports stuff.

Don't know what you're all on about. I can honestly say I've never squealed in my life. Certainly not while driving slots.

When My daughter used to come racing with me at the local track.
She regularly thrashed a lot of seasoned racers, using her $20 cars built from the scrapbox.
All the screaming (and whingeing) seemed to come from some of them as they packed up their cars and sooked.

It was in the minority fortunately, most of them really encouraged her. Pity she gave it up, she was very good.

...I miss my two girls not racing with us nowadays....

They always had a different outlook on racing to us (Jake and I), it was fun!
