I be willing to organize and look after the pic of the month thread? but i need to no how do this and so if you show me ropes

Mike its easy you just make a thread in the 1/43 section every month for people to submit pics. Then post when its closed. Take All the pics and create a poll thread and let members vote on em. Most important thing is pick how many days the poll runs or it will last forever or until one of us delete it. Any questions pm me my friend.
