Thanks, David. I had an evening free, so I decided to get the Dremel out! Took a couple hours, and had some changes in plans en route, but all in all it came out OK. I don't have the patience to make things pretty before I see if they run, so I had to check it. Better screws for a neater mount will help. Guess I could put a Slot.It motored pod together and swap that in for one of our LMP classes, but just didn't go there tonight.
Also I should note that I sliced off the body mount tube on the chassis. The side tubes I cut flush, the three that take the screws I cut down to the base. This gives the body quite a bit of float which helps the handling.
Hopefully we see some other Bentleys running soon....I would take another one or two just for the body if they were reasonable.

Nice build!

I was going to say that the car might get a little sideways with the narrowish rears and wideish fronts. But, judging from the performance on your track, I'd say that I was all wet on that account.

I'd still be interested to see how it would go with, say, an 11mm, or even a 12mm wide rear tire on it. You've got gobs of rear axle/wheel room in the back (a luxury I don't usually have..........).

Nice install on the motor.

Thanks, Allan.

Yes, there is plenty of room in the rear for wider tires. For ease in the build, I used the stock Carrera wheels so they are narrow. Might try wides in the future, but this was strictly to get the car running. The Carrera motor was terrible, etc etc.....nothing but parade laps until last night.
It actually has quite a bit of bite........but that's somewhat due to using SuperTires on the rear since they are pretty grippy on my track.

The NC1 makes it just right for my small track, so this pretty car will get plenty of running with the other similarly equipped cars.
