Yup, that one looks nice! The side fender cut-outs make it look like it means business on the track The right color for the old sliver bullets!

Still very interested to see how your off-center IL motor works.

Allan,

That makes two of us! Don't have a track, nor access to one at the moment, so its first run will be at River Run. Going to try to match pitch diameters as best as possible in some sort of acceptable ratio; balance the car side to side and get 60/40 without having to add a metric ton to the back end.

The color is as it came from Scalex's factory, so it is all to their credit.

Allan, they actually left Thursday. I didn't get them in the box before the mail carrier came, so they were held over a day.
They should be there anytime now.

Dave, to me any brass chassis is complex. I have yet to try one................lots of false starts, but nothing to show for it yet............. :mrgreen: I like the front engine build.

A little update picture on the bodies...
They are going to get cleared tonight and then it will be on to detail painting while I put the finishing touches on the chassis for test and tune next week! :D
