Looks good! Also looks, from the performance of the car on the inner lane, like that's the fastest one.

Thanks Guy's. The old one hasn't really gone. All the scenery from it is being put on the routed dirt oval in the other room. :D
This one just needed some new surface, and some more run time than it was getting. Lots of classes to run now! from Indy to asphalt Mods, and everything in between.

Nice "concrete" look Bob! And assuming that those are all non-mag cars, it looks like grip is pretty darn good already! :D

That pit row looks suspiciously like the one from Cherokee Point! Looking good, Bob. What's this about a routed oval? You are a machine! 2 tracks in the "garage", one in the back room and I'm going to guess the new one in the side room? Keep them coming!

Looks like the ol oval will enjoy the track lift, the concrete surface seems to have good grip.
Your track looks good what else are you planning to add?

Thanks Racer. I don't know yet on the scenery. I need to make some concessions for the amount of dust and debri I get from the track being in my garage. Keeping it sparse makes for easy clean up, but I am a scenery guy, so it is making me think quite a bit on my next scenic move. For the most part, I am thinking lift out sections that can be cleaned easier than the attached stuff was.
I do know this, that satin finish latex is the way to go for track paint! it cleans quick, and the grip is just right. I had been running on flat paint, and it catches all the dirt, and makes a fine dust as the cars travel over it.
