Good luck. We tried selling our place about 6 years ago for I had a job opportunity there in Plainfield. All that happened was the Realtor turned our place into a Disney land with no offers out here in CA. As far as the job in Plainfield, it got cold there and that reminded me why I moved away and the distribution center was sold after I left and is now closed. I guess you could say I really lucked out on that one.

Well you can say we've already realized what you did.......the last 2 winters here have been rough for us! She's retired and I'm semi retired and I'm supposed to keep the shoveling at a minimum. Hopefully we won't have much trouble selling; it's a 9 acre horse property so there aren't many smaller places like ours already set up around here. Once it sells then it's off to N.C! Probably the Fayetteville or Jacksonville areas. Then I will be "fully" retired! We're going to rent (let someone else fix the roof) and do some travelling. Hopefully I'll get to try my hand at brass once we've settled in.
