I will be attending an SCCA event Sunday. My son in law is contemplating joining and running both autocross, and rally cross events locally.
So it looks like the old man will be wrenching a race car again in the near future. Should be fun, as I have not been involved in any racing for a few years now. Now if I can just get a brass chassis to slide by the rulebook.........

We just returned Monday from our honeymoon cruise, so most of the weekend will be recovery mode. :)
I am hoping to slip into the basement and dust off some cars and do a little more building.

Working the concession stand tonight for my daughters high school. Hey, I get free hot dogs! :banana-dance:

Its a thanksgiving holiday weekend in Canada. If any of my parts come in today I will be working on my Trans Am car for next weekend. Otherwise I will be watching Blue Jays baseball and football while I eat turkey.

Working this weekend (as usual); have a house showing on Sunday (fingers still crossed). Been working on illuminating my new Dekon Monza. Ya'll have a good weekend! (See I'm practicing my "southern" for when we get to NC)

I'm in Newport Rhode Island this weekend for a sailing regatta. Daughter is competing in her Optimus boat. Over 200'young sailors from around the country.

Playing in the Santa Barbara Open tennis tournament this weekend and trying to get the boat ready to head out to Cottonwood Cove on the Colorado River for some wakeboarding, skiing and tubing next weekend with the kids: it's their fall break. :banana-dance:

Batteries in the boat have given up the ghost and the bimini top needs some work. Also need to check on the bearings on one of the wheels of the trailer. :|

Saw the post above about SCCA. Went into a meeting with my daughter's math teacher this week. Got issues resolved then sat around and just talked. Turned out he ran ITB in SCCA with a BMW 2002 at the same time I was racing G Production in my 914. Amazing what a small world it is sometimes.

I know this is a long shot but, anybody here live near Petaluma, CA? Trying to buy a wakeboard tower from a guy there but he refuses to ship it. :angry-tappingfoot: I don't want to have to drive up there. 7 hours one way. Need to figure out a way to pick it up and ship it down here to me.
