Those are fully capable of being screamers. I have very few cars where every one of that particular car is really great quality, and that is one of the few.

On the other hand, I just about swallowed my gum when I saw M-1. I don't ever need to see another one of those... but the M-14 carbine was a pretty cool thing strapped to my shoulder at drill.

Yeah, it'll need some tuning for sure, but boy oh boy do they "Fly" when they are tuned. Fixing the sloppy front axle is a good place to start...

That BASF livery is stunning...... a big fan of the M1.

Just be careful if your going to take the motor in/out, the chassis is very weak near the rear axle - being rough or careless removing or inserting the motor will eventually cause the chassis to crack.

I've got a couple of shapeways chassis sitting here that I should use on one of my M1's (another project for another day). Sadly the shapeways chassis requires a bit of trimming of the interior and I've yet to undertake.

That is a pretty livery, nothing wrong with an M1.
