Slot Car Cooker Mod

Picked up a Westbend tri-cooker. The lids are not the best design as they are plastic and the handles are hard to grip being so short and slippery.

So what to do?

These Fly F1 tires finally found a good use.

I dunno...looks like you're getting setup for a big slot gathering! Brilliant!

BTW - glad you finally got a Smartypants phone. The General is a keeper ;)

When I saw those things for sale, I first thought about you guys. Did you see that you can link them together in 3's for 6, 9, or 12 dishes? When I was in grad school, I made extra money by running a one man catering service. I sure could have used a couple of those things then.

That is a slick idea! Not only does it make using the covers a LOT easier - it adds a cool automotive touch! :D
