Is about the only way I can say about the service you receive from the fine folks at Slot Car Corner.
I had placed an order with them and for some reason unbeknownst to anyone, other than U.S.P.S., my package went from New Hampshire to Houston. I called SCC and asked if they could put a tracer on it. I was prepared to wait for the order to arrive, not a problem. But that is obviously not in the DNA of SCC. They called me back and sent out a "duplicate" order, no charge. I was also told that if the missing package shows up, just ship the duplicate back to them and they will reimburse me for the shipping cost!
To me that is why I love dealing with them!
