Only the first four pictures showed CNC routed chassis / chassis parts. Everything else is of course hand cut.
The first PCB chassis - still partially PCB, only the center sections - were wing car chassis and appeared after the 1978 World´s in Gothenburg, made by some Czech Pro racers and run very successfully.

The intensive usage as chassis material began with the 32nd scale renaissance initiated by NINCO. Since then, well, everyone knows what is going on with PCB.

The chassis is ready, Peter, runs extremely well. But the body has not changed yet...Too much orders to do for others, too little time for one´s own hobby needs....
I´m glad that I at last had the time to rout my track...

As to the flex - this depends on the construction and the thickness, of course. But as you see I always have stiffened the center sections and the rear axle / motor bracket.

Well, I wanted to show the huge size of the model ;-) So I took a 10 centimeter cigar match....

No, not that, but the reason was similar. One of the wisenheimers you find in every forum wanted to discuss with me when I had published the first photo of the chassis and claimed it weren´t 43rd scale. So I took a match out of the box...
