right there with you Mike, this has got to be one of the best series out there now, I`ve got all available races downloaded and watch them while downstairs. I`am really interested in the TA2 class. I`ve also started a trio of bodies for our club that we plan to start a series with. They`ve been on the back burner for a bit now though.Here`s is where I left off,

Mike, the challenger look-a-like is a combo of the carrera orange cuda, a-posts from a old mpc 1/32 funny car, and a 1/35, more like 1/38 rc challenger. put it in a bag and shake old skool. :mrgreen:

In other words......Frankencar! I have a Carrera Cuda body here, I may try to 2015 it......after all of the current Ninco & Scaley cars are done of course. Now if I could get the front of the hood to slope in the front of those 2006ish Mustangs to look like that 2015 version.......... The Scaleys may be the ones to do cosmetic surgery on.

Mike those newer stangs have a longer nose in stock form. My plan was/is to add almost 1/8 to 3/16" to the hood and above the headlights in a slight dip to resemble the slope.it won't be perfect bt should help

I see what you mean now Mark. Kind of like adding a lower eyebrow extended forward. That would make the change easier. Could be done while adding the flairs to the fenders. Adding some JB weld filling on the underside of the original hood would allow you to sand the original plastic at the front of the hood down almost to nothing could give more curve at the front of the hood too.

Exactly Mike, I've already got all the wheel openings and flares done on all 3. So transitioning the hood extensions shouldn't be a chore

I figure once I get these done and duplicated, I can easily use the front/rear clips to graft onto 3 carrera cot bodies and create a nationwise class for our local also. :o
