1/24 scale stocker

John...Our computer guy hasn't gotten the track mate figured out yet...it's all wired into the lanes I don't know what the hold up is,,,,A bunch of us show up on Thursdays to fool around, ,,,,trying a lot of gear combinations, and tires ,silicone coated realy make passing easier with the 4" lane spacing driving these big boys......

Sure wish Carrera could someday release a '56 Ford stock car to go with their '57 Chevy series.

Got a couple of 64s.....
Epoxy the front and rear bumpers in good for impact resistance , and epoxy a piece of wire to the front window post....

Excellent builds! The epoxy with the wire in the A-Pillar is a good trick for sure.

We finaly had our first organized race last Thursday had 8 cars....These are a hoot, more fun than the sprint cars and NY modifieds.....we have been running the wing sprint cars every week and alternate the modifieds and stockers.....every Thursday we run 2 races. ....
I finaly got a body light weight enough. .....we run silicone coated foam tires, I find running one of each , 2 silicones and you get way too much bite, running one on the inside or outside makes a difference...Adding weight to the car, playing with gear ratios.....It is a blast,,,,,,,They look so ausome in a crash......Did I say they are a hoot......
