Speaking on behalf of the Worldwide Professional PIA Society and Association, it has come to our attention that the individual, "Chuck", is not on our rolls at this time. We want to warn you about the dangers of working with amatuer PIA's and encourage you to leave all PIA activities to the Professional PIA's. Our members serve in PIA duties all over the world, in Dept's of Motor Vehicles, Tax Offices, Alimony Collection, Pollution Control Devices (only the ones that can shut down your car without warning), and of course, our traditional role as traffic and parking cops. We thank you, and our lawyers thank you.
