3D Printed Oval Cars - its been a while but still kicking

If someone was interested in learning how to do 3D modeling and printing, where would any of you suggest they start?

Sure like your truck for it sure looks familiar.

I opted for the stake bed and made a pad to clean the dust off the track prior to running. It runs around the track at a scaled 70 mph to clean the track with the trucks double reduction. I modeled up the wheels in Inventor and put some PG tires on it. I don't mean to steal your post, lust wanted to add to the 3d info, hope you don't mind.
