I got my first modified completed, and I think there will be more as I had a lot of fun with this. I learned a few things. I need to go with finer railing, maybe even piano wire for the next one.

I think will opt for a full roll cage assembly on the next one as well.

Now there's some DETAIL....Fine build, you have more patience than I.............
P.S. (I use 3/64 brass rod for nearly all cage & bar work including headers.)

I hope to get to that level with my chassis

anyway here is my 2nd ever brass chassis
was going to be under a 55 chevy but after Harry gave me one of his
resin 70 camaro bodies I thought it would only be right to use it instead

just need to fit a rear bump bar that I will get sorted once I have the body fitted soI get it in the right place

will get the body paint work under way this weekend

Strangebrew is quite the inspiration for these modifieds'.

I have both my entries tuned, and finally got the 55 chevy sportsman staying flat in the corners. Right after Christmas mine will be on their way to Harry.

Still waiting on a pilot for the modified, but that should be here any day now.

I have my cars chassis painted and rolling
body is painted and ready for the interior which I hope to get done over the weekend
hope to have it in the post before xmas
