My post tracking says attempted delivery on Sat but no one home - card left for pickup. Nice to know the cars made it across the ocean and thru customs promptly. The miracles of air postage! Will be interesting to see how my cars stack up against some serious entries. Suspect may have my work cut out to match some of those amazing custom built brass chassis cars!

I was away from Tuesday-this morning (Saturday). When I arrived home, my mail box was completely full - of boxes! There were 8 cars in my mailbox (we have a very large mailbox) and two notices of failure to deliver because the mailbox was full! So, I'll get the two other cars on Monday.

Here's what arrived today:

A Ford GT-40 from Smokeio; nice car as always and............#70; as always!:



A very nice looking Porsche 917k from LouE:



A sweet little Porsche 910 from StudioRS:



Another nice Porsche 917k; this one from Cobratroy with the neat brass chassis that you've already seen pics of in the Build thread:



Everybody's favorite Porsche 917k livery (Gulf) from Oscar Racing:



A nice little Porsche 908/3; also in the pretty Gulf livery colors, From FC47:



A Ford Mirage from Mrollingthunder; also in the Gulf livery colors:



And a quick looking Porsche 971k in the Gunston livery, with custom chassis, from F1Fan:



They're looking very nice so far; this is going to be a great looking field of cars!

Midagekid and Beast Lee, I'll get pics of your cars up tomorrow; sorry that they missed today's photosession - we need to hire a good photographer.............

Five more cars arrived today and it was a heavy Ford day with 4 out of the 5 being blue oval builds. Here they are:

And a Ford P68 that we've seen in another life - good to see it back!:



Second, two cars from Western Canada; a Ford GT-40 Mk1 from Rob (cygracer):



And a Ford GT-40-40 MkIV from Lez (yebo):



And another Ford GT-40 MkIV; this one in the Martini livery from Dariusz (radarek):



Things are looking very good! We have 34 cars in now and three more that are known to be in transit, and that will hopefully arrive early this week.
