Can somebody tell me how to post pictures on this site please?? I know it's probably been done a bunch of times but I still can't seem to get it! Not very handy at computer stuff either!! :text-thankyouyellow:

If you don't want to use a hosting site, just save the picture in a file and go to full editor and click on the upload attachment. Select the file and click add file an away you go.

Yes that works.

But it works a LOT better if you resize your photos to 900 pixels wide at the maximum.

If you don’t resize, then you see the photo as you do above inside a box, clicking on it will load the full image. Sometimes that image is HUGE and takes a lot of bandwidth and slows down the loading times of the thread it’s posted in.

But yes you can use the attachment setting. But it’s highly recommended to just use a photo hosting site for including photos.

Okay --What did I do wrong that the picture didn't show up?? At least it's there but must be clicked on to view.

Use the DIRECT LINK OPTION after uploading.

THEN press insert image button

When the box pops up, paste the DIRECT LINK CODE you copied from Postimage in there.
