Karman Ghia

Postby BARC 1 » Tue May 08, 2018 12:10 pm

I have been pretty quiet lately as good weather has arrived. I did mange to get a Project finished that started months ago.

I cast a shell and built a brass chassis running an inline slimcam for this car. Scale is about 1/34 scale. Done up in Racing Gulf colors.

Awesome flares on that Karmann Ghia! Nicely done, mine is in the pile with all of the other projects.
The Gulf colors are always good.

Always attracted to the unique, and this fits the bill!!

Add those GREAT Gulf colors and how can you not smile looking at this racing around your track!

Any car with Gulf livery is a looker, perhaps even a Nascar. It's iconic, much like John Mecom's Racing dark metallic livery used on anything from Lolas to Grand Sports to Ferrari 250 LMs.
