My latest Slot.it Porsche 911 GT1 EVO 98

This car was on my list as it's one of those slot cars that just look good to me. Fast shipping from SCC had it here in time for the weekend.

It reminds me of years ago when Fly made a slew of them and how we wished someone like Slot.it would make them :lol: Well they did!



I don't tune like most of course. I swapped the motor out for the JAWS to tame it down for my smaller track. Then just added a touch of lead up front. I use black duct tape to cover the pod screw holes just to make sure they don't rattle out and hit the track after loosening.



Used Quick Slicks as that is the tire Cheater O'Connor told me to use...and by golly you better do as your told! :pray:

Besides..the fit is great and the firm (F) compound actually hooks up really well here.





Anyway, a nice slot car by Slot.it. Will do business again.

We ran a Slot It Porsche 911 in the Michigan 24 and got third place. It was a back up car that we never intended to run but on race day it was the fastest car we had. Ran great the whole race, couldn't have been happier with it. Ours was a sidewinder not an anglewinder. Easy to drive
