Well... Not the greatest of showing for the M6. Next time I'll either leave well enough alone or get my car on the track at least once in it's final build state. Looking forward to watching and trying to learn from those top performers.

Allan, that was not thread jacking at all... that was some of the best information (for me anyway) that I’ve got on a question.
I appreciate the time in explaining causes of tire chatter and possible ways to correct, this is very valuable for those of us who are new to the podded and 3D chassis cars.

Ok, this is a joke? Really ? Honestly I did very little to this car and really thought I would be down at the other end. This is a real testament to CG Slot Cars that it ran this well. I did NOTHING except true the tires, align and glue in the bushings, and add weight. I rushed this car out and I don’t even remember properly adjusting the screws for the body and pod. Nice job with these cars Matt.

Thanks for the write up. That's something everyone can use. My track is plastic and the tires don't chatter at all as it is more slippery then painted tracks. I think I need to work on #2 . Thanks for all the time and great information.

Thanks Allan for the runs and all the tuning insight. What a great looking field of cars gang!
Maybe a spec of weight for mine, and some grippier rubber slicks, and do my setup on some wooden pavement, for now Allan slap a yellow stripe across her blue wing!
