What a cool shot!

Excited for LeMans this weekend, even though I'll have to watch most of it off the DVR. Another busy weekend!
BTW, full 24 hour coverage on Velocity. :dance:

Yeah, had to buy that set when it became available, as any true "Blue Oval" fan would. Mine will probably never see the track, but I'd like to set up a nice viewing case for it, in the display box. There are lots of different size clear plastic cases being sold by places like Hobby Lobby. I've already got a pair of them to display my 1/6 scale FORD 427 FE and 427 SOHC engines, they look awesome!

That is a nice shot for sure.
I also couldn't resist that set and I am a one eyed Ferrari guy.
Just the story alone makes it a must have. A great chapter in motor racing folk lore.
It took the blue meanies a few years and a gazillion dollars, but they got us in the end.
We recently ran a 1/32 rerun of the race and I still couldn't catch that damn GT40.
Maybe next year!!
