The CG car is worth it for me because you can't have a representative Can-Am field without a jet black UOP Shadow on the grid. The Shadow DN4 is as iconic of the golden era of Can-Am cars as Bruce & Denny's McLarens, the Donohue Porsche 917/30, Jim Hall's Chaparral 2E, and Surtees' Lola T70. When only one of something is available it comes down to what you can afford and how much you want it.
My original thinking was this car is going to be fast and smooth as silk right out of the box. I even worried I'd have to de-tune it to fit in with the other cars. I now realize that's less likely to be the case with a 'one off' car like this when compared to Slot-it with years of prior development knowledge and production experience.
But my field is set now and I am a happy camper.
