The team is getting back to "in-season" form as the quick pit stop showed....now the driver just needs to get his act together. ;) :auto-driving:

Slothead racing is only one lap down to Racing Bandit in 4th place and we're planning to be aggressive during the last part of this race. If we can get close to their rear bumper - game on! Better get those seat belts nice and tight.

RACE REPORT Part4 / from4

What a final!!!

RACE ENTRIES
The Oregon Donors-#99
T-county Lug Nuts-#45
Downundathunda-#42
Slothead racing-#29
DMS racing-#48
CAT racing -#24
D&D Motors-#9
Racing Bandit- #88

T-County was wise and decided that was better to finish than risk and have a crash, so just finished the race, waiting for another luckiest race .

#42 tried hard but was unable to reach a better position, while #29 and #88 mantained their particular battle.

On the front was fantastic the Oregon team leading the race under a huge preassure, untill a lose of control that finished on a deslot and somehow it affected the braids, that seemed to make no good contact, #9 and #48 then press hard, spectators was amazed, what a finish!!!

Finally DMS Racing was the first to pass under the chequered flag and one lap behind D&D Motors and The Oregon Donors separed only by 0,01 seconds!!!

Race Results after the total race.

DMS racing-#48 1st

D&D Motors-#9 2nd (-1lap)

The Oregon Donors-#99 3rd (-1lap)

Slothead racing-#29 4th(-4laps)

Racing Bandit- #88 5th (-4laps)

Downundathunda-#42 6th(-5laps)

T-county Lug Nuts-#45 7th (-8laps)

CAT racing -#24 8th DNF

*same average time
black-same position from previous

While a podium finish as out of reach, Slothead Racing was able to make the move to get into 4th place. Not quite the sweet taste of victory, but good enough for now. Our big push for the championship is just getting started.

Just a heads up...while the teams are on their way to Saginaw Valley the owners better get their mechanics on top of their game as this will be a battle of mechanical endurance. (IE random computer generated mechanical failures). Gonna be fun.. :D

We gladly accept the challenge!

Meet our service technician Helen.

Ms. Waite has no serious skills to speak of that we can determine. In fact out of sympathy, some say stupidity, we originally put her in charge of the team website. Her work there was clear, quick and obvious: "Dude, the website's down again".

So, with no other positions open we put her in charge of service. Electronics are her specialty as you can see. Need an appointment, we can fix you up and then like us when you need service you too can go to Helen Waite.

Operators are standing by...

Would a driver having a sudden onset of diarrhea qualify as a random mechanical failure?
