Thanks for the comments. #112 in the top ten in qualifying. Hope it races well. Surprise to hear the #1 guide is to shallow. Same guide as on the Ferrari. Now I did have to sand it a bit to get it to go around the Scaley track. Sounds like I took off to much, darnit :angry-tappingfoot:

Can you do me a small favour and dremel or sand the guide just a bit and see if that clears up the problem. It is either the guide or the hard front tires.

Hi Tom, I’m on vacation right now; won’t be back until Saturday night. I’ll have another look at it before the race. It’s not a guide sound, it’s something that’s in contact with the track, so your hard front tires may be the cause of the noise. Anyway, we’ll have 3 racers plus me to look at it on Sunday.
