I see this a lot on RTR cars and do what's needed to address it. First, take the body off and see if the chassis is flat (all tires on the track) or not. If not fix that with some flexing or affix it to a flat surface and heat it up a little to let the plastic 'relax'. Then, if it warps again with the body back on that is the culprit and some of the body mount screws may need to be left loose or not even used.
If the guide is holding the front end up it's a more complicated fix but can still be done.
