I did it...I just pulled the trigger, and ordered me one of those $194 DIY kits.

Oh baby, what have I done? More importantly, what have folks on this forum encouraged me to do?????

We may need to set up a special sub-section just for my needs....I have been known to screw up digital clocks. But I move bravely forward, with the assurances I have read here that folks will help new users out.

I mean this in a loving way, but 'You scumbags!'.
Your ranting and raving about 3D printing being so easy - combined with my mental exhaustion at painting the same 4 Chinese figure poses over and over again has driven me to the point of ordering an Ender right after I post this message. At least it's on sale. I'm sure my loving wife will want to thank each of you bums personally when I'm knee deep in trying to get this thing to work, cursing, and figuring out what else I want to order. Oh well, at least it keeps me off the streets.

I'm going to be looking for figure files of people and scenery stuff that fit in a 60s/70s era track. Shouldn't be too hard from what everyone says.
