Welcome Ladies and Germs to the 2nd installment of racing action for this season at the oldest course in RMR's block Mugello. Its been said that muscle memory is the only way to drive this course as its ups downs lefts and rights will leave you in a dizzying spin time and time again. It is this bears opinion that this is by far our most technical track and home to RMR's top racer TTT. The fastest cars in Calgary have come out of this area with gold place plaques to prove it.
First up Fly/Scaley F1. These lightweight terrors danced around the track as Bob and David parried over gentleman of they year. No i insist after you sir. No no no after you. Why thank you sir your a gentleman and scholar. For a moment i had a flash of a wonderful place where we all raced in peace and order. The marshals happily running down the meadow without a care in the world. SMASH.........Kevins auto van zipper tore a tire off killing the driver instantly.
AL said it best "Bugger Dugger". TTT seemed to have a whole new bag of tricks for home track advantage as he revealed his secret weapon code name "Black Beauty". Everyone stood amazed as the stealth black F1 tip toed around the track. With a crack on the second lap Black Beauty tore its right wheel from the chassis Al was quoted saying "Son of a Bunny".
We all stood in awe as the three wheeled car tried its very best to make it around corners. It could barely turn right. Eventually the heat was over repairs where done just for Black Beauty to rip off the other tire early in the next heat.
It proves the point the best way to make a million dollars in racing is to start with 2 million.
This was not TTT class and Shadow was quick to scoop up 1st with a commanding lead. All the while being polite and helping old ladies cross the road. Nipping at Shadows heals with an F1 that was perfictly balanced was the man with no hands........Ken. With a surprising twist and a secret project renamed to "was once pretty" TTT somehow managed to pull in 3rd with his train wreck of a car.

Flexing home track advantage AA-ron 4000 sailed into 4th with our poet and you know it Al just behind him in 5th.
Next Up was Group C. TTT pulled out a blast from the past, so past most of us had never seen this car. It was a little loose and little crazy but easily crushed everything around it quickly taking 1st and stealing dreams. Alot of talk threwout Group C about calling out to pass and gentleman rules because things where about to get tighter than a Bull's butt hole in fly season. Tighter than a ducks backside (which of course is watertight). Tighter than a jar of peanut butter at a squirrel convention. Just under 5 laps off the leader in 2nd was Shadow at 114.5. 1.1 laps behind Shadow was Flipper at 113.4 with Yours truely in 4th at 113.1 and No Hands No fear with 112 in 5th. Every lap counts and that was a close race full of carnage. Tighter than a first gear hairpin.
Tighter than a balding man with a ponytail holds onto his youth. Tighter than a fat guy in spandex.
IMSA was up next with its tuner setups its always a treat. The class was a joy to watch as Shadow first Marshalled Bob then himself while racing then on the next lap Marshaled NoHands with his own car. Aside from Shadow continuously crushing my dreams of every being marshal of the year it has been a pleasure to be reporting for all of you throught these years. Every once in a while i get as scoop that give me goosebumps. A little bird told this bear just before IMSA that next years Tourist Trophy may have a seperate individual class the day before the big race with a very strong hint towards NSR GT3's. Thats when TT introduced his bran new IMSA tuned NSR C7 corvette. Black yellow and red, to say this thing was fast doesn't cover it. This thing ran over Kenny like he was death and this was south park. The poor F40 got flatten so many times you think it owed him money. How fast was it you ask. Fozzybear crunched the numbers. I did have to take my socks off for this. In 2nd place with little competition Shadow Evo was doing 5.7 second laps while the monster was a clear 1/2 second faster. It tore up the track. Track record is currently held by Autobots Tourist Trophy 917 NSR before being complexly redone at the Dominator with a mind bending 5.035 second lap. NSR C7 GT3 Green was 5.164 Yellow 5.218 Red 5.207. He was a full 16 laps ahead of 2nd place. Teck specs include rumors of re-gearing and a 25k motor as per new IMSA rules. Not sure about the rest of you but maybe its time to put down the slot.its in favor of a more Italian flavor. Its a spicey meatball. Aaron's green death was 3rd with FOzzy and Bob cleaning up in 4th and 5th. 2 notable mentions just off 5th with less that a lap and a half behind was 6th T2 and 7th Nohands 0.1 laps spread between them. Nohands check you wallet cause you got robbed
TTT monster C7 pushed him well over the edge into gold with 363.4 laps total. Shadow close behind with a solid performance throughout the classes at 344.0. Not sure how AA-Ron snuck into 3rd with 330.8 but home track advantage could of played a key roll. Nohands mugged and robbed Fozzy with a 326.5 lap 4th and fozzy in 5th with 321.7. Bob close behind in 6th with 318.7. The new format proves that every lap counts i wish you all a great night and thank you for racing. Remember to keep your stick on the ice and outta your bum.
