Another Pronomag 2012 entry

Here is a couple of pics of one car that is going to Peter's for his pronomag proxy race.
20 coats of transparent blue over a metalic gold base, custom , hand painted graphics.
Now if that ain't CANDY, then I don't know what is.
On a slightly modified, not too fast, SCX chassis.

I'm pretty happy with the way the paint turned out. The pictures don't do it justice. It is deep looking and oh so shiny. Now if it just had a blower sticking out of the hood. :auto-layrubber:
Stock SCX chassis with the stock tires coated with Reoflex 30 urathane and the motor changed to a fyrebox2 from Slotcar Express. Stock gears.
Axle play is tightened up with a drop or two of ca glue.
Nothing special here. Anyone could do this chassis work.
