Her own twist on a burrito.

Fajita seasoned beef, lightly toasted tortilla, and the only approved green stuff as a topping.

This is a new menu item for all future race events.

See David they did have salad up there, they were just holding out on you. That looks good Cindy, add some of that secret sauce of yours on top and you got a meal right there!

It is a sauce the The General makes that kind of kicks things into high gear...so to speak.

Harry you're not saying it's hot are you? :lol: Looks just about right to me. If you want it a little spicier substitute serranos for the jalapenos. :shock: The burrito looks delicious. The round green things are onions aren't they? Just had a beef chimichanga a little while ago, a real one not those store bought ones. :)
