Saw the last bit of a highlights show on Fox when the Superbikes was cancelled on Sunday night.
Saw Rod Millen stick that mad 900 horsepower truch into the haybales and then a glimpse of a Can Am Shadow going in as well.

Thanks for the videos and Pictures fellas, I'm gonna have a warm fuzzy nostalgic kind of a feeling all day. Some of my favourite cars in there. I really have to put goodwood on my Bucket list.

That video is excellent. The cool thing is, anybody could get that guy's vantage point, and you could get that close to the action anywhere along the entire hillclimb. There's complete access in the paddock areas. And I've never been to a racing event that was this well organized and spectator friendly. Definitely put it on the bucket list, Ted -- there's nothing like it! :)

+1 on everything Kurt said. I've never been to an event which is so spectator friendly. You'd have to visit 100 (or more) museums and private collections to see a fraction of these cars and motorcycles and they'd be sitting there just gathering dust. Seeing these cars/motorcycles actually being driven up "The Hill" gives you the goose bumps! And let's not forget the rally car drivers dodging rocks and trees at insane speeds on the course at the top of the Hill. You'll also see racers who were the fiercest of rivals back in the day who are now the best of friends. It's truly a very special one-of-a-kind event - highly recommended.

Now if the U.K. could just figure out plumbing... :lol:

My vote it Tom (my 16 year old son) - good first car for him - affordable, good on gas and with a power curve he can handle...
