AMT '57 Chevy Kits

I got a really good deal on 3 of these so I decided to "invest" a few bucks in converting them. Shapeways chassis and DSlot43 running gear for the 3. I'm also doing a 69 Chevelle the same way. Here is my 1st completed car. I'm not sure about putting the decals on it. I think it's totally Bad A$$ like it sits!! When I finish all of these, I'll take a nice pic with a bunch of my cars around my Horseshoe Curve Restraunt.

Heres an "underpic", and trust me, without taking the car down cellar to the track, this car will run like a raped ape! Nice and clean with steel bearings...

Bill make sure your fencing's up to snuff before you do that. :lol: I used the MRRC FF050 slim can in mine and with 120gcm and 20 some 000 rpm @ 12.0V (I run 12.5) they are spectacular. There is serious tire chatter if you just drop the hammer. I can only imagine what they will run on your track. (18V IIRC?)
