Ok folks! I can't believe I'm saying this, but as this is HRW, I should know better: You guys are absolutely the best! I am putting a halt to this before a dump truck shows up at the house for my wife. Thank you all for offering, even if I've had to turn a few offers for more and money down. We really just want to help the school program. I figure most of us have diecast stuff around. This is why once a year I do the same with tracks to get kids involved. And as always, this forum and the folks on it are the best. I really consider this my slot car family.

I'm with Jeremy's comment: Carrera is a great company! Helping at Christmas for the local family that was on the skids - helping here for kids at a school.

My wife was blown away when I told her of the response. Too bad we don't know of a Barbie forum...I'm NOT going into that!

If we end up with as much as I think we might based on offers, we will distribute the extras to the other elementary schools in our district.

I made a few substitutions. I suddenly realized what havoc those surfboards would create in the hands of little guys when they inevitably snap off. There's roof rack that's kinda iffy, too, now I remember it. You may want to snap it off when it gets there.

May sound stupid but as a father with three daughters who played with plenty a barbie when they were younger.....(they also played with RC stuff as well Traxxas)....We may still have some stuff laying around that my girls may be willing to part with...just to let you know some of them may not have hands or feet for whatever barbie freaked out the dog and he got a hold of a few of them...(girls are now 19, 17, and 16).....I will let you know if I have anything to give if you are interested.
