That's a good buy, David. My dad has small bins like that mounted to the wall of his workshop, containing resisters, capacitors, vacuum tubes, and even some watch parts. They're great to have.
On a somewhat related yet somber note, I found out today that my local family owned hardware store is closing shop after 38 years. I went there today and the place was cleaned out, everything left was 38% off. The owner just couldn't do it anymore they said. A very pleasant, and very old fellow who once helped me find the parts needed to rebuild my toilet. Places like that give you personal service that you can't get at the big box stores. In fact, I used to drive a few miles past a Lowes just to get to this place. Oh well. There is another family owned one another ten miles farther on, so I guess I'll be going there from now on. Sad day. And unfortunately, the didn't have any bins like these for sale. I looked. ;)
