Hey guys - we ran test 'n' tune laps a couple of nights, and the "groove" is there already! I'm happy to say that none of the evil "sticky stuff" was involved, either! We just spun up our Pro Track rear tires with a little of BIG E's Tire Conditioner (Harry knows- the red stuff I had sent him), and away we went.
This coming Monday will be opening night for the Reality Modifieds, the following Friday for the 4 1/2" FCR hardbody cars with stock Parma Deathstar 16D motors. Tony's keeping it plain and simple with the car setups, and it'll also keep the cost down. The practice times for race legal cars have been pretty damn close! Past experience tells me that the races will probably be the same.
The track is located just East of the Queens/Nassau border on Long Island's south shore. Interested? Contact Tony at the above posted info.
