Sixtiesracer undergoing surgery today

One of our guys, Cliff (sixties racer), was admitted to the hospital last week.
Today he is undergoing open heart surgery. Seems a couple arteries were clogged.

Please keep him in your thoughts today. :think:

Hope everything goes well and he's up and about ASAP. It takes awhile to recover fully from that kind of surgery, at least he'll be able to use a controller, lift individual cars, no slot car boxes though, that why we have friends. :)

Cliff came through the surgery and is resting in ICU..

Just got a call from his wife Olive today...

After 22 hours of operation and also having a stint put in, Cliff is having a difficult time. He is still in an induced coma, and if he does pull through, he could have some other issues from lack of oxygen to the brain throughout the operation.

Wish I had better news, but he is a tough old bird. Please continue to keep him and his family on your thoughts.
