losing weight is one the greatest achievements one can do in one's life.. good job. i make sure that i am always active in some way or another. it always breaks down to 3+ hours a day working out in some form.. 10 min. to 30 min of exercise spread out through the day.. every aspect of living is improved from modelling to sleeping. i really enjoy eating pizza or gobbling chocolate cake at 2 in the morning trolling the model forums , stealing ideas or starting trouble.. then i fall asleep never concerned about gaining weight.. i remember you as a positive influence on this forum. welcome back and i hope you stick around... nice track...wait........ you just inspired me. thanks. i think i will go out for a little run.. it is a nice night .
