Smoking Brisket

Postby ListerStormGT » Thu Dec 05, 2013 3:27 pm

Yes, beef its whats for dinner tonight. Since the turkey I smoked came out so well for Thanksgiving I couldn't wait to try a brisket. Picked up a small one the other day and it is cooking now. Hopefully it comes out good when finished.

Mmmmm, looking good sir.

The General is going to see this and I know what is coming.

You should foil some up, hop in that new Mopar and bring me some. Free iced tea :)

Well I am happy to report that the brisket was a success! This thing was so good and had amazing smoke flavor. Not bad for a young padawan just learning how to smoke meat..

There you go, Lee. I took three tries at brisket in Texas before I got it right, and it looks like you got it right the first time. Xtra good!
