Here's one I built long time ago, and I think I entered it in HH proxy race. Well, not sure anymore which proxy race it was but this one is chopped using Artin truck body and has a modified chassis that has both front and back having a suspension springs. Those good old days, it was really fun.

he!!.....back then we could just let our imaginations run wild cause anything we did to the ARTINS was an improvement,I think we kinda amased Mr P with tha stuff we came up with! :lol: :lol: does anyone ever hear from him,he is a fantastic dude,would go above and beyond ta help us work things out,great guy! :music-rockout:

BTW for those that think ARTIN went out of business.....noooo,what went out was north americas biggest ARTIN DEALER,which was SLOTCAR WORLD when FRANK passed away,but his wife is still selling off ARTIN CARS AND COMPLETE TRACKS at fantastic prices,last month I bought a ARTIN 4 LANE TRACK from her,now I`ve got to buy 2 more for guys wanting them,ya just can`t beat an ARTIN once ya do a lil tuning on them,as far as I`m concerned they can have all these big buck cars,I`ll take the ARTIN CHASSIS up against what ever brand ya wanna buy,it may not win,but it`ll give ya a helluva run for your money! JUS MY 2 Cents worth! :laughing-rolling:
