Thanks Harry,
That certainly looks the business, It may be easier to Demodify (is that even a proper word ?) that dirt car to make an Imsa/Iroc type Camaro than to modify the model kit. I will ponder it over Christmas.

They Even look tough in Pink !
I must say that after a bit of research on the Sheer quantity of these types of cars running around the US in the Late '70's that an Imsa/Iroc type model isn't available.
I think I've become a bit spoiled over the last few years due to what's available. Perhaps it's Time for me to do some real modelling work instead of just painting and decaling and hanging onto the coat tails of the gurus. :D
I must say tho' that I've certainly been bitten by the Camaro bug. (My old Dad would be spinning in his grave, the man bled blue, it was all Falcons, customlines and Galaxies for him, I don't think he even owned a GM car, ever. although I do recall a couple of Nash's and an Allard with a Ford V8 of course).
I've even started the search for a 70-73 1:1 version Camaro (Hard to come by in Oz) and nearly got the wife convinced :D. But I do remember swearing to myself that I would never go through the process of rebuilding a 1:1 again.
Sorry about the threadjack everybody. :text-threadjacked:
