Trying to wipe a silly grin off my face and work out how my new toy works. Looks like I might be tackling a chassis for my IPS Cunningham a little sooner than I intended. Also filling and sanding the Spridget and prepping for paint.

Studying what to do with my white Cougar. I'd like to do a Nitty Gritty Kitty but
I'm not up to it these days. Really need someone to do some headlight doors. Of
course white with a black vinyl top would work for a street car.

Finished up some garbage can projects. I picked up these angled pieces of plastic from Home Depot out of the trash for free. They use them to support the corners of skids and throw them away when done. I printed out some signs and taped it to the sides and made some barriers to prevent cars from crossing over in to the other lane. I quite like them and the price was right! Carrera guard rails are a little flashy so these help break it up a bit.

Taking a break here at work. Been working on my Fly Alfa GTAm at home and I'm sitting here pondering whether to leave in the 18K motor or go M/T1. Either way I'll have to Dremel off a motor shaft to clear the solid axle. Ever notice how much easier "armchair tuning" is than the real thing? :think:

I am doing what I did all day... Sitting inside wishing I could get out of the house. We're snowed in, and tonight it will go down to 8 degrees. I hate to think how much fuel I'm going to have to buy to heat the house tonight. Last night it was 9 degrees and snowing. It blew around all day. Pretty, but I'm already bored with it.

Just hangin around here. Gettin a plan in my head for the Maverick and wishing I had a body here to see how wide it is. So I can figure out if I can stuff a sidewinder under it. Could at least get a jump on the chassis. Got a paint scheme in mind. All I need is parts. :angry-banghead:

Just finished up polishing out the new #87 Camaro I got today. I think it looks much shinier than it was. That Tamiya compound is some good stuff. :) Cold here too. It's bad enough I don't want to get out if I don't have to. :( I'm ready for Spring. 8-)

Just got home from the coast. I was over there today working on the mountain we're building at my G scale model train club's layout. I managed to get a coat of paint on my 78 Camaro kit bash project too. We will most likely stream a Netflix movie tonight. Life sure is rough.

I am procrastinating. I need to write my annual report tonight since it is late and I promised it by tomorrow and I should start a sermon for this weekend. But not in the mood right now.

I've been landscaping Laguna (Woodland) Trace Raceway. Unfortunately, I am unable to upload photos. I downloaded one too many songs onto my iTunes from my brother-in-law's laptop and unwittingly filled my hard drive to more than 99% capacity. Now my Mac's Finder is not responding and so I cannot manage or delete files. Gonna have to access the HD remotely to delete some junk. Pics to be posted later....
